SF Partners in Leicestershire is seeking a Management Accountant to join the finance team. You will cover two subsidiaries, with responsibility for management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.

The role includes preparing monthly management accounts, supporting month-end processes, and analysing production costs. A CIMA/ACCA qualification path is encouraged, with study support and a hybrid 1-day home setup.

Formación

• Qualified or studying CIMA/ACCA.
• Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
• Exposure to standard costing, stock and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Excellent analytical and Excel abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and cost reporting.
• Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and commentary.
• Complete month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Analyse cost of sales, labour, production costs, stock and gross margins.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Review standard costing and manufacturing absorption rates.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support VAT returns, year-end audit and tax requirements.
