Job summary

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in management accounting within a manufacturing environment, excelling in performance analysis and stakeholder partnership. The salary range is £45,000 to £55,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
• Manufacturing experience is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data.
• Comfortable working independently while building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and support month and year-end close processes.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends.
• Partner with site leadership to improve financial and operational performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
