Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time) in Cambridge (CB5). It is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm, with flexibility where required. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs, basic painting and upkeep of communal areas, and responding to maintenance issues promptly. The ideal candidate has maintenance or facilities experience, is practical with basic tools, and reliable, punctual

• Has previous maintenance, caretaking or facilities experience.
• Is practical and confident using basic tools.
• Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Can work independently and manage their workload effectively.
• Is reliable, punctual and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs

• Ensuring communal areas and facilities are maintained to a high standard
