• Provide excellent customer service, advise on alterations and MTM/Bespoke options where appropriate.
• Maintain store presentation, stock integrity and merchandising standards.
• Build trustful relationships with customers and colleagues to drive loyalty.
• Achieve personal and department KPIs and contribute to overall store targets.
