Hatchside School in the Astrum Multi Academy Trust is seeking a caring and dependable Midday Assistant to support pupils with complex needs during lunchtimes. You will help maintain a safe, inclusive environment and assist with mealtime routines and social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall, playground, and across the school
• Assisting with feeding programmes and personal care needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
• Supporting play activities and pupil engagement
• Escorting pupils safely around the school
• Promoting health, safety, and safeguarding at all times
