Job summary

Hatchside School, part of Astrum Multi Academy Trust, is seeking a Midday Assistant to support pupils with complex needs during lunchtime. You will help manage mealtime routines, encourage social interaction, and assist with personal care where needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall, playground, and across the school.
• Assist with feeding programmes and personal care needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
• Support play activities and pupil engagement.
• Escort pupils safely around the school.
• Promote health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
