Job summary

DCA Recruitment is seeking a part-time Lettings / Property Manager in Gravesend to oversee a portfolio of about 90 properties. The role runs school hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–3:00pm, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch and 5 paid hours daily, office-based with no remote work.

You will manage rent, coordinate repairs, communicate with landlords, and grow the portfolio while earning commission on top of £15/hour base pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years lettings/property management experience.
• Proven experience managing rent collection and arrears.
• Clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of approximately 90 properties.
• Carry out property visits and inspections.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors.
• Keep landlords informed, reassured and up to date.
• Market properties when they return to the market.
• Handle enquiries and progress new lets.
• Support new landlord take-ons.
• Monitor rent receipts and release daily rent runs via our property management software.
• Liaise with appointed legal advocates and support court action where required.
• Ensure strong compliance, accuracy and administration throughout.
