Job summary

Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Part-Time Property Manager for their office-based team in Maidstone. The role is three days per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and offers a permanent, part-time arrangement within a busy residential lettings business.

You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, be the main contact for landlords and tenants, and coordinate maintenance with contractors. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.
