Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy levels.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and child-centred approach.
• Ability to work with groups and one-to-one with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support small groups and provide 1:1 support to pupils.
• Assist learning and behaviour management as part of a team.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to monitor pupil progress.
