Job summary

The Rosary Trust is seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our friendly team and support children in our school. The role is 20 hours per week during term time, Monday to Friday 9am–1pm, working with the SENCO, classroom teachers and external agencies as needed.

The successful candidate will bring empathy, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to inclusion, with the ability to support pupils toward individual targets within a mainstream setting.

Responsibilities

• Support children within a mainstream classroom under supervision.
• Collaborate with SENCO and class teacher to plan and implement support.
• Assist with tracking progress toward individual targets during term-time hours.
