Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools and Pathways Department, supporting Business Studies students at our Slough and Langley College campus.

This is a part time, fixed term role working 22 hours per week. The working pattern is 8:30am to 4:15pm (with an unpaid 30 minute lunch) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus an additional 15 minutes. This is a term time only position until 2nd July 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 qualification (GCSE C/4 or equivalent) in English and Math.
• Experience working with young people, particularly neurodivergent learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and college welfare policies.

Aufgaben

• Help deliver learning activities and support assignments and exam preparation.
• Support English, math and ICT skill development for students.
• Monitor behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Assist with mobility needs and support online learning as required.
