Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools and Pathways Department, supporting Business Studies students at our Slough and Langley College campus. The role is 22 hours per week, term time only until 2 July 2027, with a pro rata salary on the G scale.

You will work with teaching staff to deliver EHCPs, adapt learning materials and help students build confidence, independence and essential English, maths and ICT skills.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification (GCSE C/4 or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Experience working with young people, including neurodivergent learners and those with additional needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and college welfare policies.
• Ability to adapt learning materials and support EHCPs.

Responsabilités

• Help deliver learning activities, support assignments and exam prep.
• Build core English, math and ICT skills and monitor behaviour.
• Support with specialist equipment or mobility needs and online learning.
