Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Schools and Pathways Department at the Slough/Langley campuses. The role is part-time (22 hours/week), with work pattern 8:30am–4:15pm (unpaid 30-min lunch) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus an extra 15 minutes.

It is term-time until 2 July 2027 and involves supporting EHCPs and classroom activities. You will help deliver learning activities, support assignments and exam prep, and promote core English, maths

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification (GCSE C/4 or equivalent) in English and Math.
• Experience working with young people, particularly neurodivergent learners and those with additional needs, is highly desirable.
• Candidates must be adaptable and committed to safeguarding, equality, diversity and college welfare policies.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver learning activities and support assignments and exam prep.
• Build core English, math and ICT skills.
• Monitor behaviour and maintain confidential records; assist with specialist equipment or mobility needs.
• Support online learning as required.
