Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Starting September 2025

Hours: 08:15 - 15:30, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant with previous experience in a similar setting, capable of applying their knowledge to support our students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children by following and adapting school programmes to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers and maintain detailed records of student progress
• Use initiative to promote student development and progress
• Support teaching and learning in line with the national curriculum
• Maintain a positive, calm, and flexible approach, demonstrating patience and care
• Possess a good standard of English and Mathematics (minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
• Ideally hold a Level 2/3 qualification in teaching and learning
• Engage proactively in CPD and professional development opportunities
