Job summary

Garden House Hospice Care is seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join our busy Learning & Development team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) involves full oversight of the e-learning platform, maintaining employee data, and reporting.

You will work with HR to ensure starters and leavers are up to date and support the planning and coordination of training with partner healthcare organisations.

Qualifications

• Oversee digital e-learning platform and maintain employee data
• Coordinate starters and leavers with HR
• Support planning and coordination of educational training with partner organisations
• Manage training logistics including booking rooms and sending pre-course information

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of the organisation’s digital e-learning platform including maintaining employee data and producing reports
• Working with HR to ensure information is accurate and keep up to date with starters and leavers
• Support the L&D team with the planning and co-ordination of educational training with partner healthcare organisations
• Manage the logistics of training courses including booking training rooms and sending out pre-course information and materials
• Manage and respond to emails and phone calls daily, responding to any queries or concerns promptly
