Two Brothers, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team guidance experience.
• Experience training kitchen staff and developing talent.
• Experience with stock management and food ordering processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Familiarity with working to a branded menu.
