Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef at the Coopers. You will lead a kitchen team, ensure food quality, and help manage ordering, stock, and health and hygiene standards. A strong focus on training and developing great people is essential.

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and coach chefs and kitchen staff.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering quality food.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food you’re proud of.
• Drive targets and support the team to achieve them.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain health and hygiene standards.
