Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, operating Harvester at the George Stephenson, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead training for great people. You’ll train Chefs, manage food ordering and stock, uphold health and hygiene standards, and work with a branded menu to deliver great food

• Experience leading a kitchen team

• Commitment to health and hygiene regulations

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atthe George Stephenson - Harvester, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
