Job summary

The Black Horse - Wembley is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage stock and food preparation, and ensure the branded menu is followed with high standards.

Qualifications

• Train and inspire Chefs and the Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with the team and maintain high performance.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee health and hygiene regulations across the team.

• Lead kitchen activities as Part Time Kitchen Team Leader.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff to meet brand standards.
• Manage food orders, prep and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
