The Blackberry Jack is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train the team and help deliver a kitchen you can be proud of.

You will manage food ordering, stock control and help ensure the branded menu standards are met, while upholding health and hygiene regulations and driving team performance.

Competenze

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs to deliver menu standards.
• Proactive in driving targets and maintaining quality and safety.
