Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at Blackberry Jack, helping the Head Chef build a kitchen to be proud of and training great people. You will be at the heart of delivering the branded menu and leading a motivated team in a busy pub kitchen.

Formación

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety best practices.
• Available to work part-time shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Work with the Head Chef to manage portioning and food preparation.
• Assist with food ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu standards.
• Maintain health and hygiene standards across the kitchen.
