Mitchells & Butlers plc at Amber Tavern is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, helping to build a kitchen to be proud of and master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

Join us in one of the UK’s most loved pub brands. You’ll train and inspire your kitchen team, manage orders, prep, and stock, and ensure high standards of health and hygiene while working flexible shifts and progressing within the business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading kitchen teams and inspiring chefs.
• Experience managing food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Knowledge of branded menu execution and kitchen standards.
• Familiar with health and hygiene regulations and compliance.
