Job summary

King & Miller is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train the team, manage stock and costs, and ensure the branded menu is executed to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team with strong people skills.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food.
• Smash targets with the team and maintain high standards.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with hygiene rules.
• Support Head Chef and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
