Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Old Windsor is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a kitchen team in delivering high-quality food.

You will train chefs, manage stock and food orders, and ensure compliance with brand standards and hygiene rules. The role offers progression and a hybrid sense of flexibility within a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen or food-prep team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and develop junior Chefs and Kitchen staff.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
