Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. You will support the Head Chef, train kitchen staff, manage stock, and ensure compliance with brand menus while delivering great food.

You will lead a branded kitchen, drive targets with your team, and benefit from a strong development pathway and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Able to manage stock, orders and menu execution.
• Experience coaching and training kitchen staff to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Drive team performance to meet targets.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and prep.
• Ensure compliance with brand menus and health/safety regulations.
• Oversee hygiene standards and cleanliness in the kitchen.
