Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery - Aintree to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage food ordering, prep, and stock while upholding quality and a branded menu.

You will promote a culture of health and hygiene, drive performance against targets, and enjoy flexible shifts, brand discounts, and progression opportunities within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Part-time Kitchen Team Leader role at Toby Carvery - Aintree.
• Support Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals.
• Train and inspire kitchen staff to achieve target quality.
• Manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
