Toby Carvery - Bessacarr is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You’ll train the team, manage stock and food orders, and ensure the branded menu is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll lead with passion for great food, drive targets, and help teammates grow through paid qualifications and progression opportunities. A competitive salary and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of stock control and food ordering processes.

Responsabilités

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Aim to smash targets with the team.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
