Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery, Kings Norton. You will support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team and drive great food and guest experiences. The role focuses on training, stock control, and delivering a branded menu with high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Passion for great food and customer service.
