Toby Carvery Maidstone is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will train and inspire Chefs and the Kitchen Team to deliver great food from a branded menu.

You will smash targets with your team, manage food ordering, stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while enjoying flexible shifts and progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Maidstone, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
