Job summary

Toby Carvery Willingdon Drove in Eastbourne is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead, train and inspire your team to deliver great food and service.

This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, progression opportunities, and a supportive Mitchells & Butlers team. You will ensure health and hygiene standards are met and help manage stock and ordering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food they are proud of.
• Drive your team to hit targets and maintain service quality.
