Mitchells & Butler s PLC in Holmes Chapel is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering great food and training the team. You will manage a branded menu, oversee food prep and stock, and ensure high standards of hygiene in a busy kitchen.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
