Mitchells & Butlers PLC in West Wickham (Ember Inns/Railway Hotel) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and deliver high-quality pub dining. You will train and lead kitchen staff, manage costs, and ensure food is prepared to brand standards.
