Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Morris Dancers is recruiting a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, ensuring the team delivers consistency and quality.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
