Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Armytage Arms to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will manage the menu, train chefs, and lead a team to deliver great food and superb guest satisfaction.

You will handle food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards while upholding brand expectations. This role offers flexible shifts and the potential for development across our pub brands.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
