Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Church Mouse, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, train chefs and lead a kitchen dedicated to great food and warm service in a rural pub setting.

You’ll help manage the menu, food prep and stock, while ensuring health and hygiene standards. Flexible shifts and opportunities for progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
