Job summary

Dormouse at Vintage Inns in York is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train a team, manage stock, and assist with food ordering while upholding health and hygiene standards on a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.

• Drive targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master branded menu and ensure consistency.
