Job summary

Armytage Arms in Brighouse, part-time Kitchen Team Leader, supports the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of and trains a great team to deliver quality food from branded menus.

You will work with flexible shifts, aim to hit targets with your team, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards in a lively pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in pub/restaurant settings.
• Passion for great food and training people to perform at their best.
• Ability to manage stock, prep and food ordering with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive achievement of targets with the team and maintain pace.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with branded menus and maintain consistency across dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
