Armytage Arms is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader in the UK. You will support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team, and be responsible for delivering high-quality food and service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and coordinating chefs.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive your team to meet targets and performance metrics.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and maintain consistency across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
