Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of in Birmingham. You’ll train chefs, manage the branded menu, and help hit targets while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atthe Malt Shovel, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
