Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Windlesham is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for the Windmill, a Premium Country Pub brand. You’ll lead a kitchen section, train your team and ensure brand standards are met from shift to shift.

You’ll cook to spec, support stock control and ordering, and have opportunities for progression as the team grows with the brand. The role also offers strong staff benefits and development opportunities.
