You will work closely with the finance team to ensure records are accurate and up to date, while gaining hands-on experience in a small finance function.

Formación

• Part-qualified or studying towards AAT, ACCA, CIMA or similar qualification.
• Experience in accounts or finance role preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Numerate and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing and posting journals
• Supporting month-end processes and management accounts
• Assisting with VAT returns and other financial reporting
• Monitoring outstanding payments and receipts
• Assisting with general bookkeeping duties
• Providing administrative support to the finance team
• Helping with year-end accounts and liaising with external accountants when required
