Adapro Talent Partners is exclusively partnering with a growing SME to recruit a Part-Time Finance Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based at their HQ in Northamptonshire, you will support the Financial Controller with a broad range of ledger activities and month-end tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be highly organised, and able to work independently with ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing purchase ledger and supplier queries.
• Experience in processing supplier payments and expenses.
• Familiarity with VAT, CIS, and year-end processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase ledger from invoice processing through to payment.
• Deal confidently with supplier queries and prepare payment runs.
• Process and manage employee expenses and the Fixed Asset Register.
