In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level coaching sessions, matchday duties, and individual learning plans for players aged 9-14. Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-level coaching sessions for Junior Academy players.
• Delivery of matchday duties for Junior Academy matchdays.
• Assist on Individual Learning Plans for the Junior Academy players.
• Input on MDT within the Junior Academy programme.
• Input on the retain and release process for Junior Academy players.
• Ensure Kitman Labs and other player records are kept up to date for Junior Academy players.
• Always have accountability and responsibility for safeguarding.
