Job summary

Blackpool Football Club is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Academy Coaches for Schoolboy Provision (ages 9–12) to deliver high-quality coaching and support matchdays. The role requires flexible evenings and weekends, and is paid on an invoice basis with rates discussed at interview.

Applicants should have UEFA B Licence, EFAiF, FA Youth Award and HUDL experience, with a focus on holistic player development within the EPPP framework. Safeguarding and continuous CPD are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Experience with Players aged 9–16 in coaching settings.
• Familiarity with EPPP framework and ILP processes.
• Experience in a Category 3 (or higher) Academy.
• Knowledge of HUDL or similar video analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate coaching sessions per the Academy philosophy.
• Prepare and evaluate sessions; align with phase outcomes.
• Use HUDL to assess performance and support development plans.
• Attend parent/Player reviews and set development targets.
• Collaborate with medical, sports science, education and Player care teams.
