Job summary

Only FE in Lancashire, UK invites applications for a part-time hourly paid Lecturer in Digital. You will teach on a range of courses including BTEC Levels 2 and 3 and L1-L2 IT Users, delivering engaging sessions and supporting learners to achieve.

You will hold a Level 4 Computing qualification or equivalent experience, and a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one within two years. Strong knowledge of programming, networking, cyber security, data analysis, AI and related areas

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 4 qualification in Computing or equivalent industry experience.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards within 2 years (self-funding).
• Experience managing a year group or curriculum programme.
• Experience teaching examinations and industry type projects.

Responsibilities

• Teach on a range of courses including BTEC Levels 2 and 3 and L1-L2 IT Users.
• Foster a rich learning environment with engaging teaching in computing and IT topics.
• Ensure high levels of attendance and achievement on delivered courses.
