Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teacher to join a supportive school in Northampton.

The role focuses on delivering targeted interventions to pupils who need additional academic support, with a flexible part-time schedule starting January 2027. You will work closely with the class teacher to identify needs, plan activities and monitor progress for KS1 and KS2 students, including those with SEND.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and have experience with KS1/KS2 and SEND.
• Experience delivering targeted interventions in small groups.
• Ability to assess pupil progress and adapt learning.
