Are you creative, detail-driven, and passionate about luxury interiors? The 22 Hotel, London, is seeking an Interior Design Assistant to support our in-house design team with concept development, sourcing, and project coordination across our evolving property and brand spaces.

The Role

As an Interior Design Assistant, you’ll contribute to our hotel's aesthetic excellence by assisting with design execution, documentation, and communication across projects.

• Assist in developing mood boards, concept presentations, and material palettes.
• Support FF&E sourcing, sample tracking, and supplier coordination.
• Produce drawings and layout plans using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Organise and maintain the design library and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to track project timelines and installations.

About You

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience or relevant education in interior design, architecture, or FF&E.
• Are proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or SketchUp.
• Have an eye for detail and a refined understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.

Show a genuine interest in luxury hospitality and contemporary design.
