We are recruiting for our London Office:

Design Admin (m/f/x)

full-time (40h/w)

Your Role:

Join a thriving sportswear company, learn its inner workings, and be an integral part of the team. Ideal for a degree student seeking a year-long industry placement or a new graduate starting in the industry.

Your Main Tasks:

• Support the design process and department operations
• Assist with Technical Packs: preparation and organization
• Manage samples: organize, track, log, maintain condition, and prepare for meetings/photoshoots
• Coordinate materials & trims: sourcing and ordering fabrics, trims, and other materials
• Support fit sessions and range presentation
• Assist with PLM system
• Coordinate meetings and communications
• Research trends
• Support artwork and graphics
• Handle compliance and testing documentation

Your Profile:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Diligent with processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• Interest in sportswear and developing innovative women’s sportswear
• Hardworking, adaptable, proactive, and a self-starter
• Passionate about Women’s Best and fitness/sports/fashion
