Michael Page Finance is seeking a part-time Payroll Officer in central Oxford to cover a temporary assignment until August 2027. The role requires end-to-end payroll knowledge and the ability to manage three payrolls for around 250 staff.

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time (3 payrolls, ~250 staff).
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Assist with payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Accounting & Finance to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports as needed.
• Support payroll system updates or changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
