Job summary

Bield Housing and Care in Perth is seeking an Independent Living Assistant Co-Ordinator to support day-to-day operations across the local hub. You will help ensure consistent service delivery, maintain good tenant relationships and support wellbeing in a flexible rota across 7 days.

The role focuses on older tenants, GDPR compliance, and smooth meals service, with a part-time 18-hour week and occasional weekend work to cover service needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience within a housing management setting (or equivalent) with responsibility for day-to-day management of services and people.
• You should bring to the role a genuine interest in working with older people and an ability to respond calmly to requests for assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective day-to-day operation of Independent Living services across the local hub.
• Assist in maintaining consistent practice across developments and ensure clear communication within staff teams.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants to support wellbeing, encourage social connections, identify changes or concerns and take appropriate action.
• Ensure complaints or concerns are recorded accurately and escalated appropriately, promoting good practice and GDPR compliance.
• Work flexibly across all developments within the local hub to ensure continuity and high-quality tenant experience; assist with meals service.
